Auditions are scheduled during the open enrollment period, which may vary from year to year. For the 2012-2013 school year, we accept audition applications for scheduling during January 2 to February 3, 2012.

You must fill out the audition application in person. Then we will assign the date and time for the audition.

FWAFA schedules auditions during the open enrollment period. However, during the course of any year, if we have exhausted our wait list and if we have an opening for a grade level, we may hold an immediate audition.

We hold auditions for the upcoming school year. However, during the year, we may have immediate openings that we need to fill before the regular open enrollment period.

For the 2011-2012 school year, we have openings in 10th, 11th and 12th grade. For those grade levels, we can hold an immediate audition. If you are interested and are currently in those grade levels, please send an email to Stephen Madrid.

As soon as possible. However, we must first complete the audition process.  Depending on the amount of scheduled auditions, we strive to release results within two weeks after the final audition.

If you are notified that you are on the wait list, this means that the audition scores were acceptable but there is no room for enrollment. The grade level has the maximum number of students.

When an opening does occur, you will be contacted immediately following the order of the rankings which are the audtion scores.

We continue the process until all available opening are filled.

FWAFA does not release the wait list rankings. We do recommend that anyone who is on the wait list, to secure enrollment at their local public school or private school.

The rankings are actually the audition scores. FWAFA does not release the rankings as a matter of family confidentiality. Releasing the rankings is the same as releasing the scores.
