Joe Morrow obtained a Master of Education in School Administration through the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Joe’s twenty years of educational experience has been focused on the elementary level, with five years of those years in building level administration. His experiences have been with large inner city schools, suburban schools and rural schools. He was a four time nominee for the Marva Collins Teaching in Excellence Award and this past year he received the Marva Collins Elementary Teacher of the Year Award.
